1. Gravure heat transfer printing. However, it can only print heat transfer printing ink on a single sheet of paper, not roll-to-roll continuous printing. This is due to the characteristics of the offset press itself and the ps printing method. The cost of the printed flower paper is slightly higher than that of the gravure printing machine.

3, silk heat transfer printing. Screen printing plate can also print sublimation heat transfer ink on printing paper. The resolution after printing is lower than that of gravure printing machine and offset printing machine. The plate making cost is low and the plate making speed is fast. Thermal transfer printing of chemical fiber cloth suitable for small batch and rough lines, thermal transfer printing of small batch cutting pieces or products with simple process requirements can best show its advantages of short, flat and fast.

4. Digital heat transfer printing. It can print more fine patterns, especially in the expression of character level dots, animal patterns and other four-color transition color printing effect is particularly prominent, even better than the effect of gravure printing machine and offset heat transfer printing. However, its printing ink and printing paper are higher than the above three. The advantage is : no plate making, so there is no version fee. Recommendation : If your single volume is not large, color variety, choose such printing methods, such as : personalized clothing thermal transfer printing, personalized sports shirt thermal transfer printing.

To sum up, when a garment factory chooses which printing method, it should comprehensively consider the cost of thermal transfer printing plate and the cost of thermal transfer printing. If the amount is large, select gravure heat transfer printing. If the single volume is not large, and the time is tight, the speed requirement is fast, the other three printing methods are selected, but the printing cost will be higher than the traditional gravure thermal transfer printing method.
